Individual Conveyor System

  • The transport system inside the oven is always designed specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
  • Chain/gear wheel conveyor, belt conveyor, single or multi lane etc.
  • The length of loading and unloading sections can be freely defined by the customer.

Zone Module

• A zone module consists of 2 resp. 3 segmented zones, which allows to put together all various lengths of horizontal ovens
• Each zone is controlled separately and can be executed as heating or as cooling zone
• The standard capacity of each heating zone is 3'000 Watt
• The cooling zones are actuated by (ambient) air or by cooling water
• Standardized dimensions of each module:

o L = 1000 mm resp. 1500 mm (for 3 segment zone)
o w =  900 mm
o H =  930 mm

Product- Dimensions

The standardized zone modules allow the following maximum product dimensions (if applicable: including work piece carrier):

H  = max. 250 mm (also depending on type of conveyor system)
W = max. 400 mm

System Control

  • All functions are controlled by the PLC (SPS) in the switch cabinet
  • The visualization will be transmitted to a Touch- Panel
  • Recipes (temperature profiles) can be saved
  • Via Touch- Panel, tempera-tures can be controlled,  error messages can be acknowledged and various settings can be adjusted.

Additional Information

  • The zone module can be heated by circulating air (forced convection) or by IR (infra red)
  • Service flaps for opening at each module
  • The oven is designed for operation in clean room environment according to
    EN ISO 14664-1, class 7 (former class 10’000)
  • The maximum temperature is 200° C with a tolerance  of  ± 5,0 K.
