We develop and manufacture inline ovens for thermal processes up to 800 °C for hardening, ageing, thermal stress relief, burn-in, polymerization, drying, tempering, testing, pre-heating etc. Depending on kind of application, the heat transfer is effected by circulating air (reflow) or by IR. Optional cooling sections may also be integrated.

Our units are successfully being used in the production of electronic components, electro motors, composite materials, glass, plastic and silicon parts, watches and the more.

The series "Horizontal Pro" follows the principle of modular construction and thus can be adapted to easily and cost-efficient to each customer’s requirements. The transport system in the oven is adapted to the customer’s products. Suitable for temperatures us to 200 °C (standard version) and equipped with PLC-control (SPS) with operation and visualization on a touch panel, this series fulfils all demands of an automatic production unit.

For special processes and applications, we supply single or multi-line units with a special construction according to the customer’s requirements.
