Opening the heating tunnel is assisted by a pneumatic lifting device. This special oven is being used for heating up of electronic components.

The oven consists of  eight (8) parallel conveyors made of PTFE with infinitely adjustable speed.

The oven is divided in three independently controllable heating zones. Each zone is equipped with fans for air circulation and with automatic flaps for feeding and exhaust air.

Electronic temperature control with RS485 interface. Max. operating temperature 135 °C, heating capacity approx. 20 kW at 3x 400 V.

Inner chamber made of special steel panels 1.4301, outer cover powder-coated sheet steel. Very efficient heat insulation.
