Optimum for thermal inspections in safety laboratories. The oven can be used for a wide variety of tasks, is easy to operate and can also be used for critical substances (special version needed).
Available configurations: stirring of samples by means of stepless, magnetic drive at the bottom of the measurement chamber; measurement of exhaust fumes; inert atmosphere in the testing chamber, or feeding of dosed substances. The process can be viewed at an inspection glass with vented double-glazed windows.
The outside is made of powder coated steel. The lighted measurement chamber is made of special steel, and equipped with a radial blower and an air duct adapter. High-grade insulant material is used for excellent thermal insulation. Pressure relief is realized by means of a safety cover at flexible mounting and a safety door lock. In connection with an electronic control unit, a realistic testing method is ensured.
The operating temperature ranges from ambient (20 °C) to 400 °C. In the measurement chamber, the temperature is limited by means of a capillary tube limiter. For tests down to 0 °C a cooling coil can be integrated.
